set up by the Australasian Alpaca Breeders Association. You can

of other alpaca related items.
Amazon.com Amazon
has many books about alpacas, from training and husbandry through
to spinning alpaca and even childrens stories. We've ordered a
number of books from Amazon and they've always arrived promptly
and in good condition. Check out our Alpaca
Books page under the About Alpacas menu for some books that
we found particularly useful when we started out with alpacas.
Braecroft This
is a lovely site of a breeder In Taralga, New South Wales. It is
mainly about llama's but also alpacas and other four-legged members
of the family as well.
Mandalay
Alpacas This is another useful site for finding alpacas for
sale around Australia. It has a good selection of alpacas for
sale as well as stud services available all over Australia, so
you can get a fair idea of the alpacas available and what is
a fair price to pay for your beautiful new alpacas.
Mount
Lehman Llamas So what IS the difference anyway? Check out
this excellent Canadian Llama site which will show you the difference
between alpacas and their close relations, the llamas. This site
has answers to just about every question ever asked about llamas,
and because they are so closely related, what goes for a llama,
pretty much goes for an alpaca too.
Northwest
Alpacas This is a very informative American alpaca site,
with a strong South American connection. Read how the alpaca
industry is developing on the other side of the world. This site
has a wealth of information, and stories, as well as products
including lovely artworks.
